take some vintage photos, a dash of found objects, entire family history, mull it over, worry about how it might be perceived, procrastinate some more and ta-da!

what began as an infected thumb on my dominant hand has turned me into a less frustrated artist (not better art though)

using found objects and model train figures to purge out thoughts and ideas that's been cooped up in my head for years... or a few minutes.

Shitage Kama is a two-shouldered mortise and tenon with a half dovetail, double wedged in. I googled it and others have called it Stringer to Leg joint. Jay said that this is one of the strongest joints and one that he uses often. You can make a sawhorse with this…
