a bunch of ramblings or just postings of sketches

take some vintage photos, a dash of found objects, entire family history, mull it over, worry about how it might be perceived, procrastinate some more and ta-da!

what began as an infected thumb on my dominant hand has turned me into a less frustrated artist (not better art though)

using found objects and model train figures to purge out thoughts and ideas that's been cooped up in my head for years... or a few minutes.

requires patience, perseverance, and practice.... all of which I lack. See me struggle here.

I forgot that I never posted this until a friend reminded me that I haven’t. I was ambivalent about the process. It was difficult and embarrassing. I almost backed out of the show because I was feeling very self conscious and self judgmental about my piece. I enjoyed the process immensely…
